How it works
Two private conversations.
One shared picture.
Here is what happens between them.
Neither of you sees what the other said.
You each speak to Ceolu separately, in your own time, on your own screen. Nothing you say is shown to the other person, before, during or after.
When you have both finished, Ceolu reads both accounts at once and writes a single report you both receive. The report describes the patterns you share. It never reveals what one of you said privately and the other did not know.
Three kinds of session.
Founder Model
A private conversation each, followed by a shared picture of how you work together: your strengths, differences and what is worth discussing next.
Check-in
A chance to see where you both stand before a hire, a raise or a big decision. You don’t need a problem to check in.
Resolve
Talk through a disagreement before your next decision. Understand what matters to each of you and what you need to discuss.
What your Founder Model covers.
How you make decisions. What you each want from the business. How you share the work and raise difficult questions. See where you agree, where you differ, and what you still need to talk about.
Every area is marked as solid ground, an open question, or not yet explored.
A shared picture. A better conversation.
Written in plain language, not clinical language. It sets out what you already agree on, what is worth agreeing early, and what the two of you might do next.
If you are aligned, it says so plainly.
What a Founder Model is
A place to understand how you work together, based on what you each share with Ceolu. Return to your strengths, differences and open questions when you need them. It helps you talk things through; it doesn’t decide who is right.
Setting it up
1. One of you signs up and enters your co-founder's email.
2. Your cofounder opens their invitation and signs in with the email you invited. Ceolu connects you to the same pair.
3. You each have your own conversation whenever suits you. The shared report is written once you have both finished.
You can do your sides days apart. Neither of you sees what the other said.
If you would rather try it first
A one-off session needs no account and no sign up. One conversation each about a single decision, followed by a shared report. Send your cofounder the invitation link from your room, and keep your session open to return to it.
Start with one conversation.
Want to try Ceolu on something specific first? , no account required.
Every startup tracks its product.
Almost none track the relationship running it.
Your Founder Model brings together what you share about working together: your strengths, differences and habits. It grows with your conversations. It is not a personality test.
A report that finds nothing
is a good report.
If you are aligned, we say so.
If you are drifting, we say that too.
Neither of you ever sees what the other said.
