Ceolu uses artificial intelligence to generate insights. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. All outputs should be treated as illustrative only and not relied upon for any significant decision.

Company names, reviewer names, expert profiles, and testimonials shown on this website are entirely fictional and created for illustrative purposes only. They do not represent real organisations, real people, or real endorsements.

Ceolu is in active development. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability.
Data.
Conversation content is processed by third-party AI providers. While we do not store conversation transcripts beyond your session, you should not enter sensitive personal, financial, legal, or confidential information into Ceolu.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ceolu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Ceolu provides an AI-assisted communication tool designed to help two parties surface perspectives and identify common ground. The Service is not a regulated psychological, therapeutic, or mediation service; not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice; and provided on an early access, as-is basis during testing.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; enter sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service; use the Service to harass or harm any individual; or misrepresent your identity or the identity of the other party in a session.
4. No Professional Advice
Nothing generated by Ceolu constitutes legal, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or any other form of professional advice. We strongly recommend users seek qualified professional support for serious disputes or any matter with significant legal or financial consequences.
5. Data and Privacy
Conversation content is processed by third-party AI providers. We collect basic session data for product improvement. We do not knowingly store conversation content beyond your active session. You should not input sensitive personal data or confidential business information. By using the Service, you consent to this data handling.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials forming the Service are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not reproduce or distribute without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is without warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed £0 during the free early access period. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Third-Party Services
Ceolu relies on Anthropic (AI processing) and Supabase (data storage). We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
