For a one-off session: a session code, timestamps, and the conversation itself.

For a Founder Model: your email address, your name, your co-founder's name and email address, an optional company name, an invite code, and every conversation you have with Ceolu.

If you speak instead of type, the audio is sent to OpenAI to be turned into text. We do not keep the audio. We keep the text, exactly as if you had typed it.

If you turn on Ceolu’s AI voice, the current Ceolu reply from your private conversation is sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio. Replies can contain details you shared. Voice is optional, and you can turn it off at any time. Text remains available.

If you fill in the feedback form, we keep your answers.

Your conversation is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, so your report can be built and, for a Founder Model, so later sessions can pick up where you left off.

To run the conversation and write the report, both people's transcripts are sent to Anthropic, whose model does the work. Audio goes to OpenAI for transcription. Invitations and reminders are sent through Resend, which sees names, email addresses, invite codes and session links. The site is hosted on Vercel, which collects anonymous page statistics only if you accept analytics.

Optional spoken replies are generated by ElevenLabs under its service and privacy terms. Ceolu does not add the generated audio to your session database. A bounded, temporary server-memory cache reuses replies for up to ten minutes; your browser holds the current audio while playing it. Provider retention depends on the ElevenLabs account configuration.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.

Your co-founder never sees your transcript. They see the shared report and the Founder Model, which are built from both conversations. Parts of the report written for you alone are shown only to you. Before your conversation ends, you can ask for anything to be kept out of the report entirely.

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it. There is no automatic deletion. Email Ceolu and we will delete your account and everything connected to it, including the conversations, reports and Founder Model, within 30 days. Because a shared report belongs to both of you, we will tell your co-founder that it has been removed. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.

Your browser keeps a sign-in token, the details you typed on the sign-up page for 30 minutes while you confirm your email, your cookie choice, and, for one-off sessions, a secret that proves the session is yours. Nothing else is stored on your device.
