Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ceolu is an early access AI-assisted communication tool based in the United Kingdom. Contact: agenticdrops@gmail.com

2. What data we collect

Session data: session codes, timestamps, session status. No names or emails stored. Conversation content: sent to Anthropic for processing, not stored in our database beyond the session. Feedback responses: stored for product improvement. Technical data: handled by Vercel.

3. How we use your data

To provide the service, match session participants, deliver insight reports, and improve the product. Not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Who we share data with

Anthropic (AI processing, anthropic.com/privacy), Supabase (data storage, supabase.com/privacy), Vercel (hosting, vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy), OpenAI (Voice transcription (Whisper API), openai.com/policies/privacy-policy). We do not sell data.

5. Voice input and transcription

Ceolu offers the option to speak rather than type during a session. If you use voice input, your audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription into text.

Audio is transmitted for the sole purpose of producing a transcript. It is not stored by Ceolu after transcription completes. The resulting text is handled exactly as typed input would be: held privately, never shown to the other participant, and used only to generate the shared report.

OpenAI processes this audio as a data processor on our behalf. Their handling of API data is governed by OpenAI's own privacy policy and data processing terms. We do not permit use of your audio for model training.

Voice input is optional. You can complete any session by typing instead, and no audio will be sent anywhere.

6. International transfers

Anthropic and Supabase may process data outside the UK. We rely on standard contractual clauses under UK GDPR.

7. Retention

Session data deleted after 30 days. Feedback retained up to 12 months. Conversation content not stored beyond active session.

8. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection, ICO complaint (ico.org.uk). Contact agenticdrops@gmail.com with your session code.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your session running. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, with your consent only. You can change your cookie preference at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

10. Children

Service is for adults aged 18 and over only.

11. Changes

Policy may be updated. Continued use = acceptance.
